Upon checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site which provides instructions for making payment. (If you purchasing more than one item, you will be directed to the PayPal website each time you add an item to your shopping 'cart'.  Simply go back to our website if you wish to add further products to your shopping 'cart'.)


If you are not comfortable with paying online, please email us with your order and we will arrange alternative payment options with you.


All orders are placed through our online shop, however, please contact us if you have any questions or would like to request a special order.

  • We do not have a minimum order policy, however all orders over $60 receive a free gift.
  • Orders under 2kg are shipped via regular Australia Post delivery service at a flat rate of $6.00.
  • Orders over $100 and under 2kg are shipped free of charge within Australia.
  • If you would like to change an order after it has been placed, please email us with your change within 24 hours and we will be more than happy to assist.
  • Our online shop is set up to ship orders within Australia.  For countries outside Australia, please email us with order details.

Our products are made as they are ordered to ensure optimum freshness and potency. They are  typically sent within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. If there is a delay in filling your order, we will let you know via the email address on your order. Large orders may take up to one week to fill.
